Privacy
Your information stays private.
We collect the information you choose to provide so we can organize the Alliance and respond to you. This notice describes the founding-interest and contact forms.
What we collect and why
The founding-interest form collects your name, email, phone number, home and rental-site addresses, reported jurisdiction, relationship to the properties, participation interests, communication choices, and any optional answers. Organizers use this information for planning, jurisdiction-specific communications, and possible future membership verification. Submitting a form does not verify ownership or create membership.
The contact form collects your name, email, message, category, subject, optional phone number, and optional email-update preference so the organizing team can respond. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, or sensitive documents.
Who can see it
Authorized organizers can review founding-interest records in the private dashboard and export them for Alliance administration. Contact inquiries are kept privately and prepared for delivery to the shared support inbox. We will not publish home or rental addresses in a public member directory without permission.
The site uses GoDaddy hosting and email. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect public forms from automated abuse and may process browser and connection information for that security check. The site also records submission references, timestamps, and security information needed to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.
Your communication choices
Email updates and text-alert interest are separate, optional choices and start unchecked. Email consent covers Alliance news, monthly community updates, meeting information, surveys, and participation opportunities. Recording text interest does not start an automated text service. A signup acknowledgment or response to your inquiry is separate from recurring updates.
You may ask to change your details, withdraw a communication preference, or have your information removed by emailing support@pinellasstralliance.org. Include the email used to register and, if available, your submission reference.
Corrections and removal
Organizers can remove records from active use. Recoverable administrative records and protected backups may retain earlier copies, so moving a record to Trash is not permanent erasure. Contact support for a removal request; the organizing team must review the stored records, exports, and any relevant backups.
Notice prepared September 26, 2026 for the founding website. Contact support@pinellasstralliance.org with questions about how your information is handled.
